Feed Your Vision and Become Obsessed With Your Vision

I strongly believe in the importance of keeping your vision in front of you and pursuing your vision relentlessly. You and your vision are worth every effort to persevere through any setbacks. When you have a vision, it creates more space for clarity in focusing on the things you want to accomplish as opposed to focusing on what you do not want. One of the ways I like to keep my vision in front of me is by completing a vision board and hanging it in a place where I can visually see it daily. Currently, I have my vision board taped to my ceiling above my bed. This allows me to reflect on my vision each morning when I wake up and reflect on my vision each night before I go to sleep.

A vision board is a visual representation of your goals, dreams, and aspirations. It's a creative tool that uses images, words, and other visual elements to help you clarify your intentions and focus on what you want to achieve in various aspects of your life. Creating a vision board can be a powerful and motivating activity to manifest your desires and create a clear roadmap for your future.

Benefits of Completing a Vision Board:

Clarity and Focus: A vision board helps you define your goals and aspirations clearly. By visualizing your dreams, you gain better clarity on what you truly want to achieve in different areas of your life.

Inspiration and Motivation: Seeing your goals and desires on your vision board daily can serve as a constant source of inspiration and motivation. It reminds you of the bigger picture and keeps you on track even when challenges arise.

Positive Mindset: Focusing on the positive aspects of your life and the future can boost your overall mood and promote a positive mindset. The images and words on your vision board act as daily reminders of the good things you're working towards.

Goal Achievement: By setting your intentions and regularly reviewing your vision board, you increase your commitment to achieving your goals. It encourages proactive actions and decisions aligned with your aspirations.

Visualization Techniques: Creating a vision board uses visualization techniques that engage your subconscious mind. This can lead to increased confidence, creativity, and the ability to overcome obstacles.

Tips for Completing a Vision Board:

Set Intentions: Before starting your vision board, reflect on your goals and aspirations in various areas of your life, such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth.

Gather Materials: Collect magazines, newspapers, images, quotes, stickers, and any other materials that resonate with your goals and desires. You can also print images from the internet.

Choose Your Focus: Decide if you want to create a physical vision board using a corkboard or poster, or if you prefer to create a digital one using tools like Canva or Pinterest.

Get Creative: Arrange your chosen images, words, and materials on your board in a way that resonates with you. You can organize them by theme or simply create a visually pleasing arrangement.

Be Specific: Use concrete and specific images and words that represent your goals. This helps your mind to focus on the details of what you want to achieve.

Visualize Emotions: Choose images that evoke positive emotions and feelings related to your goals. Visualize yourself already achieving these goals and experiencing the emotions associated with them.

Review Regularly: Place your vision board in a prominent place where you can see it daily, such as on your desk, in your bedroom, or even as your phone wallpaper. Take a few minutes each day to visualize your goals as if they've already been achieved.

Update and Adjust: As you progress and your goals evolve, feel free to update your vision board. Adding new elements or removing old ones keeps your intentions aligned with your current desires.

Remember that a vision board is a personal representation of your dreams and goals. It's a tool for your growth and motivation, so let your creativity flow and enjoy the process of envisioning your ideal future.
